The Ministry of Construction requests the Vietnam Water Supply and Sewerage Association (VWSA) to prepare for the event's organization, gather feedback from relevant agencies as per legal regulations, and report the official program and specific content before the event takes place so that the Ministry of Construction can direct relevant units to coordinate their participation.

Concurrently, the Ministry of Construction requests the VWSA to organize this event ensuring safety, effectiveness, adherence to current regulations, and to report the implementation results to the Ministry of Construction.

Along with this, it aims to promote international integration and adaptation to climate change.
